How you've
changed! How many time you heard this comment? Perhaps it was made by
an old friend who hadn't seen you for a year. Or perhaps it was made by
an uncle who was impressed by your physical growth. SO you know there
is nothing unusual in change and we cannot avoid it cause as we have
new experiences, our ideas change and as we meet new people our ways of
judging people change .You are not the same person that you were a year
ago and we can't deny that CHANGE is the fact of life and we change
because we are living.

Only the dead don't change
Sometimes change seems to be just too much before you adjust or get
used to one change, you are faced with another. Perhaps you had a
teacher that you became used to. Then suddenly, because a program
changes, the teacher was replaced. You had to adjust to a new teacher.
The change was probably painful and if the second teacher was changed
again, you probably found the problem even more annoying.

All people face the problem you face, but the difficulties are getting
more serious. The rate of change is always increasing. New ways of
doing things are rushing upon you. New jobs are being created and old
jobs are lost! This is life…...it’s moving too fast and because we are
part of it - we may not notice these changes. Our eating habits are
changing...we are becoming more interested in good health and nutrition
is an important part of health. Some food might cause health problems,
and we want to stay away from them, new challenges arises every day, as
the radio, television and the newspaper remind you……..at time you seem
to worship the new and at other times you seem to be terrified by it.

Changes affect our society as a whole, but it also strikes the
individual directly when he loses his job because of a change in
manpower need. It strikes him when he tries to buy a favourite product
that is not longer manufactured. It strikes him when his house is torn
down to make a highway. It strikes him in thousands of other ways. Some
of these ways may not even be noticed, but they are there.
